Inactive Subscription in Parallels after having 'purchased' Parallels

    My account in Parallels:
    Inactive Subscription

    It appears the subscription is no longer active. If you believe this is an error or if you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

    In my Apple account showing as active subscripton:
    Parallels Desktop
    Parallels Desktop for Mac (Annual)
    Renews 15 October 2026

    Can you please fix this before I ask my creditcard company to refund this payment (as Apple nor Parallels accept a refund)?
    I am also quite disgusted that I am not even able to create a ticket myself and have to post this in a forum (...).

    I have purchased a years license via Apple's store, did not receive a key, can't use the software and can't contact support apart from this forum which you won't get an answer on in the past 5 business days.

    More than a month later and zero response from Parallels:
    This company is a fraudulent scam, offering zero support for a consumer who bought their software via the Apple store...
