Trying to use Windows Quick Assist, I have a MacBook Air running Parallels Desktop 26 and have created a Windows 11 machine.
On the Windows 11 Machine, I open Quick Assist and click Help Somebody, give them the code, the user I am trying to help says they get the following error.
    Session Ended
We ended the connection because the minimum security requirements on the helper side we not met, no need to report this, were on it.

I found a solution to fix the issue: 1. Go to Control Panel › All Control Panel Items › Windows Defender Firewall › Allowed apps. Please check the attached screenshots for reference. This is what I did, and it's working now.

The only reason I use Parallels software is to help someone using Windows Quick Assist. I have a MacBook Air M4 on a 26.1 (25B78) running Parallels Desktop 26.1.2 build 57293, where I've created a Windows 11 Pro virtual machine. On the Windows 11 Pro machine, I open Quick Assist, choose "Help Somebody," and share the connection code. However, the person I'm trying to help receives the following error message: Session Ended We ended the connection because the minimum-security requirements on the helper side were not met. I need to find a solution otherwise I'm getting my money back

Awesome. Settings fixed my problem too.

Yes, this works, should be the standard starting point to fix this and a Parallels should add FAQ HELP item so we do not need to dig to find the solution that gets Quick Access working properly.

Are these settings still supposed to work? They do not work me, and "Remote Desktop" is not available as an option to click in my firewall settings at all.
