I'm trying to activate my Toolbox app. I have Parallels Desktop Pro Edition for Mac and use that key to try and activate Parallels Toolbox but toolbox says "This license key is associated with another Parallels account." I don't have any other account with them. I supposedly get email and phone support for as long as I have the subscription but nowhere on the site lists the support phone number or the support emails. The only phone number I can find is for their Seattle office and it is an automated system that tells me about the web site support and hangs up. Has anyone run across the problem I am having or know how to contact support directly - their canned info on the support web site is no help! Thanks in advance.
I'm having the same problem as you and I can't get any resolution through their support. Heck, I can't even find out where to get help. I have a new computer but the same email etc with them, but can't figure out how to get this to work and so it is preventing me from doing my job remotely. Can any one help with this problem. How do I unassign an old computer and register the key to the new computer?
