I have signed into my account, there is no products for me to cancel and the "link" to "You can make any changes to your subscription" only lets you change the credit card and not cancel. Please cancel and remove my card from file. Direct message me for additional information.

When you say "submit a ticket", I can't submit a ticket because there is no products to click. Are you referring to sending you a message on Facebook or Twitter?
On my subscriptions page, I see an expired subscription for Parallels Desktop for Mac Subscription but I don't see the option to cancel/turn off auto-renewal. I also failed to raise a support ticket by following the steps listed in the above messages. I would like to cancel my subscription which will automatically renew on April 9 2026 and have my credit card removed from your file. I also do not have facebook or twitter account. Thank you for your assistance in advance.
