I just bought a new license key for my Parallels Toolbox and I am unable to activate the license key. It hangs until it returns the following error - "The license server doesn't accept your product license". I am running it on a Mac running Tahoe 26.2. Please help me activate my key. Thanks, Richard
Hello @RichardP46 Please collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this e-mail. Regards,
