Hi, I cancelled my subscription, but I was still charged on my credit card. My dashboard clearly indicates that there is no active subscription associated with my account, so this charge should not have occurred. I have not been able to find a customer service phone number or email, which is why I am reaching out here. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Hopefully, you got this sorted out, but if not, you'll have to contact your bank and dispute the charge. Parallels seems to be adopting Adobe's "surprise credit card charges" business model.
