I can't find any way to cancel a recurring payment on my credit card. Please cancel this charge or let me know how to do it. My last purchase was in 2020. I have not used your product in several years, so I would like to get a refund for my last payment if possible and to make sure I don't get a new one. They appear to come in late January.

Godspeed. They double-billed me last year, and now I'm fighting with customer service about a rebill from yesterday that was not supposed to happen.
