Refund Request

    Good afternoon,

    I have been using Parallels to run windows on my mac for a good amount of 2025. I have stopped using it for a couple of months now as I have gotten a new desktop, I had set it to renew automatically, and it had just charged to my account on January 28th. Since I no longer use Parallels, I wish to request a refund on this yearly purchase. Thank you for your time, and please let me know if there's anything you need from me.
