    Hi,
I'll try to describe the problem best I can...

I tried updating to the new Parallels desktop. Unfortunately something happened where the Windows 11 shows as a small window sitting on top of the Mac screen/window. When trying to enlarge the screen it just enlarges to fill the full Mac screen and the icons become oversized and the cursor does not show within the Windows 11 screen/window to select the app needed and the cursor disappears altogether except in the top left corner to.
I am on a 2019 Mac Intel. It is up to date running Sequoia 15.7.3
I've tried to submit a ticket for support but have not heard back for 24 hours now.

Thank you for any help to get get me back up and running

    Hello,
    Thank you for your feedback.
Since you updated Parallels Desktop, you would need to update the Parallels Tools for the Windows 11 virtual machine as well.
You may perform the below steps:
    1. Run the virtual machine.
    2. From the top menu bar > click on Actions > click on Update Parallels Tools.
You may refer to this KB article for more details:
    https://kb.parallels.com/115835
If the issue persists, please run the virtual machine and collect a technical report (steps) for further investigation.
    Thank you!
