I tried to register our Parallels Remote Application Server Activation Key but it says it is already registered.
No one in our organization knows what account it is registered to. I have checked the 3 accounts that I know of (1 Business and 2 personal).

It appears that I cannot create a ticket with our business account.

From my personal account on Friday I posted in FB Messenger and no one has answered me. I also created an "email" ticket on Friday and it doesn't show up in my Tickets display. Created another one today, after I submitted it said "Thank you! Ticket #XXXXXX was created sucessfully. Parallels Support Team will contact you shortly." Both tickets were displayed at https://my.parallels.com/support/tickets but when I refresh they are gone and I have 0 tickets.

I attempted to register our Parallels Remote Application Server activation key, but the system indicates that it is already registered. No one in our organization knows which account it is registered to. I have checked all known accounts (one business and two personal) without success.

Additionally, it appears that I cannot create a support ticket using our business account.

On Friday, I contacted Parallels via Facebook Messenger from my personal account but have not received a response. I also created an email-based support ticket on Friday, but it disappeared from ticket list. I created another ticket today, and after submission I received a confirmation message stating: "Thank you! Ticket #XXXXXX was created successfully. Parallels Support Team will contact you shortly."
Both tickets appeared at https://my.parallels.com/support/tickets, but after refreshing the page, they disappeared and my account now shows zero tickets.

I need help determining which account our activation key is registered to and resolving the issue with support tickets not persisting.
