Activation Limit Reached - New Mac - Need Reset [Standard Edition]

    Hi, I have a Standard Edition license key for Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Edition. I have moved to a new Mac, but the key is blocked because it was active on my old Mac. I do not have access to the old machine to sign out. Could a support member please reset the activation count? I have the key ready to provide via private message.
    This is a Personal account and we have 3 licenses that we use. can you please advise? Thank you,
