Hello - I am in need of support regarding a technical issue with my Parallels Desktop not recognizing the cursor from my Mac after performing the most recent update. Can you Help? I have changed the hardware settings on the Mouse and Keyboard to where they are not optimized for games, and I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the program as well - but none of this has worked. Are there any other suggestions or options that I can attempt to resolve this? I cannot use the software whatsoever - do to the mouse cursor disappearing the moment it pans over the Parallels window.
