Need a license released

    Hello,
    We need to free up this license and we're unsure what user it is associated with.
    6J9HNJ-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-YNZQHD

    We have successfully activated the below
    [email protected]
    6J9RT7-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-NXRQST
    [email protected]
    6J9YQZ-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-ENF570

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
    We attempted to associate the license with a new user and we're still receiving the message that the license is associated with a different user. Could we provide the email address for the new user and have license 6J9HNJ-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-YNZQHD associated with them?

    Hello,
    We recently upgraded the users Mac and when trying to activate the same license with the same email address, we get an error saying the license is associated with another account. Could we receive assistance? Is there a better way we should do this in the future as we will be upgrading multiple Mac's within the year?

    I accidentally purchased an Upgrade license (Order 525502828, dated 19/12/2025) but I don't have a previous Parallels version to validate it.

    Is it possible to pay the price difference to convert my Upgrade license to a Full License?
