Cancelling subscription issue

    Hello everyone,

    I'm trying to cancel my subscription for Parallels desktop on Mac but as of January I have stopped using Mac. The issue now becomes trying to cancel my subscription since there is absolutely no customer support email that I can find and for some reason, the email that I used to register my account with can't find the license that I bought saying that its registered in a different account. The only issue is there isn't another account. I have told my bank to halt any payments and block them until the issue is resolved as I have been trying to get this cancelled for weeks. How can I get someone from parallels to see this so that I can finally cancel it. Thank you.

    Thank you for your feedback.
    As requested, we have successfully disabled the auto-renewal of your Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard Subscription. It will expire on 2026-01-14.
    It was previously registered to the email [email protected] [We masked the email as it shouldn't be disclosed in public] and we transferred the subscription to your current email.

    I tried to cancel my subscription.
    My Subscription Renewal only has the button that says "Manage Subscription". It does not allow me to turn off renewal. I keep getting alerts from my credit card company that you are trying to bill me when I want to cancel my subscription. I've had to change my credit card number twice now. How do I cancel my subscription?

    In the attached image: on the left is your help document, on the right is what it shows in my account. When I click on "Manage Subscription" it takes me to a page that says "Inactive Subscription" but does not allow me to turn off renewals. Just today you tried to bill me again.

    @Trishna Oobeyram, that is not a reply. That does not help this situation in any way.
    I am having the same issue, and telling me that my subscription auto-renewal is turned off is not a true answer.
    Tell us what that actually does, and why it is so difficult to cancel a subscription. When a credit card shows you keep trying to bill, that is not good business practice.
    That makes the user try to figure out what else to do.

    Please provide a reason why that is the only way we can cancel this subscription.
    Also, please provide the actual URL and link to where we can cancel the subscription, as a legitimate company would provide.

    I also have cancelled the auto renewal subscription since 2024, because I have bought PC. and for some reasons I got the charge today on auto renewal license. So I have to cancel it again today.

    I have attached the email of the cancellation email from 2024. Can you check why it turn on again?

    The same issue for me accidently click on renew for the old subscription
    But I dont want to renewal
    And whe I go to manage this expired subscription this redirects me to page

    Inactive Subscription
    It appears the subscription is no longer active. If you believe this is an error or if you continue to experience issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

    Why its so hard cancel a subscription?
