    I am having the same issue for my Parallels 17 after upgrading laptop.

    "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies."

    I had to reload my mac. Now can not activate this new macos install. Please deactivated on all computers but my current macos install please.

    Hello! Your license appears to have reached its activation limit. The safest course of action is to get in touch with the software support team, who can remotely deactivate the old machine so you can activate the new one. Trying to bypass it won't help and could cause bigger issues.

    Hi, I have the same problem notified with the message of activation limit.
    I changed my mac, tried to follow the KB articles but nothing as result.
    My licence's version : Desktop Standard 19.

    I moved to a new Mac and erased the old one. Having this same issue and the support via Facebook Messenger is not responding. How do I resolve this activation limit issue?

    Hello!
    My license is not working when activating on a new Mac.
    I tried to follow the KB articles but I didn't have an option to disable my old license. I'm on the SAME version (v19) as my previous machine as this was a migration.
    When I try to activate via key, I get "This license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate new product copies".

    What can I do here?

    Finalmente conseguí contactar con parallels aunque no se cual de todos los medios fue el que funcionó. Ellos me respondieron desde [email protected]
    Me han reseteado el contador de activaciones. De todas formas la versión 19 no es compatible con mi nuevo M4 por lo que he tenido que cambiarme a UTM.
