This license key is already registered in a different account

I have the same problem - but seems that no one responds here - or did I miss something?

 

I have the same Problem - in the last years It worked fine. But now with a new mac no Licence key is updatable. Confirmation from Cleverbridge is available. But the Activation key now seems to be registered under another user. strange.

 

I need assistance as well with my license key. It keeps saying It's associated with another account even though I just use the one.

 

Hello I am having this same problem. Impossible for me to contact customer assistance. Really?!.
I have lost access to my account email and need to migrate my product kit to new account. PLEASE HELP.
