    Hi -
    I received and auto-renewal email last week. I have not used Parallels in over a year and wish to cancel. When I go into my account, the "View My Parallels Products" is grayed out. I do have the product key I originally received in January 2024. I appreciate suggestions of how I may cancel before being charged for another year.

    Got it. Just contact Parallels support with your product key to cancel before you get charged.
