I recently purchased a second license key. However, after adding it to my account, the subscription did not extend for an additional year as expected. Instead, it added a completely separate second license for one year, which makes no sense for a single-user setup. Could you please correct this and merge the two licenses so that the total subscription period is combined into one continuous term?
Just curious, did they ever merge the license to your existing subscription or refund you the full amount? The same thing happened to me, thinking I could just extend my subscription but ended up with another license for another computer, which I don't need. I've requested a refund SIX TIMES now but I don't think their chat bot is really processing the requests since I have yet to see any open tickets on my dashboard nor have I heard from anyone. I've tried requesting the refund from Cleverbridge too but they just sent me the link to the dumb chat bot. I feel like I may end up losing my money here, which to me is the same thing as theft, but it also means they've also lost a customer once BOTH my subscriptions expire.
