Parallels misleading purchase options

    I selected the wrong option of Parallels. I wanted to purchase the one time option but saw that an upgrade was 75% off, with similar pricing. Uninformed and wanting to save some money, I selected the upgrade instead of the one time purchase. Why does Parallels even provide me the option to upgrade if I don't have an active license?

    Parallels also claims to have 24/7 phone, chat, and online support but I could not find a phone number. It's nice software but this has been a negative experience, perhaps attributed to user error, but please make it easy. I want to use the software, it's just that I'm not so sure I do anymore. I just want my money back.

    Man, that sounds rough, they really should make the upgrade options clearer, and hopefully they sort out your refund without any hassle.

    I made 2 tickets already to ask a refund. The support team did refund my last wrong purchase. But now I made new one with the right product, which is:
    Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition

    But I am unsatisified with it and I made 2 tickets already, with no respond yet:

    I bought Parallels Desktop Pro and not satisfied with performance for a game. I wrote support 2 times!

    Support contacted me for my refund request, asking for further confirmation which I did the same day. NO REFUND INITIATED YET. I can see if refund has been initiated since then, and I can see my card has not been recieved any refund INITIATION (and I can see that tho).

    WHy am I not been refunded yet? Why support has not resolved this and not replying to my confrimation since they asked me?

    Please resolve this!
