Cancel subscription and auto renewal

    Hello,

    I'd like to cancel the automatic renewal of my Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) subscription. Reference num: 485908295

    According to the message I received, my subscription will renew automatically on 22/11/2025 for €119.99/year. I'd like to ensure it does not renew and that I'm not charged for another year.

    Could someone please confirm that my subscription has been canceled and that auto-renewal is turned off?

    Hi, I would like to cancel my subscription and auto-renewal. I find it utterly astonishing that in this day and age that it is so incredibly difficult to cancel a subscription. I have wasted over an hour of my day trying to cancel. The website states there is 24/7 live support...that does not exist. I click on cancel my subscription, and it spits me out to another main page. Parallels really needs so much improvement on this matter. PLEASE CANCEL my subscription and send me verification that this has been done. Ref # 33242554

    I'm running into the same issues - trying to cancel auto-renewal at least, and I get taken through a doom loop of contact support / login / etc. Pretty simple thing I need to do here, very frustrating that I still can't get there.

    Well I figured out something - had to disable Duck Duck Go privacy settings for this site, then the popup worked without making me log in again. Then had to click the cancel subscription link, which actually just canceled the auto-renewal (wasn't sure it would but I went ahead, got an email confirmation acknowledging it).

    This is confusing, and along with the site sometimes opening parallels links in new browser tabs and sometimes not, a very frustrating experience.
