Toolbox account issue

    I accidentally signed into tool box with another email account provided by my Mac. Now I can't sign out and don't have the option to sign out of Parallels tool box. I need to sign out to sign in with the same email my license is for so I can activate it.

    Hello Mrkstr,

    Kindly perform the following steps to attempt a resolution of this issue:
    1. Click the Parallels toolbox icon > Click the Gear icon > Account & License.
    2. Click on the email at the top of the Account & License Window.
    3. Select Sign Out.

    Sign out option is not there. Only option is quit application.

    I have the same problem. I tried to install Parallels Toolbox again but it didn't help.
    It's still logged in with wrong email, and there is no SignOut option, and the email written on the top is not clickable in Account&License.

    Same Problem for me. The e mail is nog "clickable" reinstall won't work.
    Any other suggestions?

    I have found the solution for the above problem, search in keychain app for the email you wish to remove. That's all!!!

    Remove all entries in System Roots for Parallels Toolbox.
