So, when changing keyboard shortcuts in Parallels Desktop 26, The changes don't persist whenever I quit Parallels Desktop. For example, I wanna disable all the application shortcuts, they work but as soon as I restart PD it goes back to default. Any ideas on what's going on here?
ok, so you most likely just need to create a folder ~/Library/Preferences/Parallels then parallels will be able to save their settings (including keybindings schemas) there, otherwise they are gone after restart. This solves it for me.

Exactly the same issue. Very very frustrating for me, after paying not small money for Parallels sw. Please fix it ASAP!
Same for me, its really broad issue, had to reconfigure all the keybinding each time i start parallels, tried to create new profile but it was also deleted after restart, so its not just keybindings inside the profile but more like the whole shortcut thing is not persistent.
