Request for Refund - Auto-Renewed Parallels Desktop for Education Subscription

I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge on my account. Last year, I subscribed to the Parallels Desktop Student & Educator Edition for $69. At the time, I was a student and needed the software for academic purposes. However, I no longer require the software this year and had intended to cancel the subscription, but unfortunately, I forgot to turn off auto-renewal.
As the subscription was renewed recently and I have not used the software since, I kindly request a refund for this unintended renewal.
