Hi, with the release of Parallels 26 I noticed that the comparison chart changed and now contains a line: "Run multiple virtual machines (VMs) simultaneously" Does this mean that the standard edition of Parallels 26 is not able to run multiple VMs at the same time anymore? Thanks
I've been using Parallels Standard since 2009, upgrading almost each year. I too just saw that with the latest Parallels 6, they actually **removed** the ability to run multiple VMs from the standard version. Furthermore, there's no option to upgrade from the previous standard to the "Pro" edition that is the minimum required now to run multiple VMs. Parallels only allows an upgrade to the Parallels 26 standard, so if I were to upgrade I'd loose a MAJOR feature. On my end, I thus won't be upgrading - ever. If I'm ever forced to in a few years due to things not working anymore, as a matter of principle I'd be migrating to Fusion.
