The old activation key has not been accepted by the license server.

I activate parallels desktop 15 on my old MacBook,and upgrade to parallels desktop 16.Now I buy a new Mac and want to activate parallels desktop 16 on my new Mac, But encountered an error says 'The old activation key has not been accepted by the license server.',please give me some advices.

 

where is the forums manager?Nobody can deal with my issue?
