License Key Already Registered in a Different Account

    Hi
    I was able to successfully add a license key to my account in the Parallels Desktop application on macOS, as shown in the attached screenshot.
    k**[email protected]
    However, when I try to add the same license key to my account on the Parallels web dashboard, I receive the following error message:
    "This license key is already registered in a different account."
    Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    When I log in to my web dashboard, I don't see any license key associated with my account.
