I'm writing to request a refund for an automatic renewal that I was unaware of. Order Number: #504487612 Product: Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard (1 Year) Renewal Date: July 1, 2025 I did not intend to renew the subscription and was unaware that the auto-renewal was approaching. Unfortunately, I did not notice the reminder email. As soon as I saw the charge on my payment statement, I immediately canceled the subscription. I have not used the renewed product at all since the renewal date. I understand that the refund policy generally excludes renewals, but I kindly ask for an exception in this case as: The request is being made within 30 days of renewal The product has not been used at all The renewal was genuinely unintentional I have been a Parallels user and appreciate the product, but this was an honest mistake and I would be very grateful if a refund could be arranged.
