Mouse right click not working in full screen

When I enable full screen for Windows 11, mouse right click does not work. Interestingly, I can press both left and right mouse buttons together then it works like normal right click. The issue does not happen on non-full screen mode. Any idea?

Parallels Desktop 20 for Mac (Pro Edition)
Version 20.3.2 (55975)
MacBook Pro M4

 

There seems to be a bit more to this. I found right click on my Mac is inconsistent on full screen mode. Is this normal behavior of macOS?

For example, Chrome/Edge browser in full screen mode, I have no problem with right click. But right click doesn't work as expected when I use Safari in full screen mode. Given right click in Chrome and Edge browser works fine in full screen mode, I assume this is something Parallels can fix too. Anyone?

 

I finally found the reason. This was because of DDPM (Dell Display and Peripheral Manager) running if I connect my my Dell U4025QW monitor. If I exit DDPM, the problem does not happen. I will contact Dell about this issue.
