Hello, I switched my macbook and when i try to install my license on my new macbook says it was already used. Can you please reset it ? I can't find it anywhere where to do it and my old macbook was already formatted. thanks in advance,
I also have the same problem. Someone please help. Looks like license is on some old devices which we are not using anymore. Need to reset and should be able to apply the license to new devices.
