Unable to move licence to new device

    I have version Desktop Pro 20.3.2 up-and-running on my old device.
    Installed Parallels on the new device. I successfully log-in, with the same account as on the old one. During activation, it recognises that the licence is used on device and offers to deactivate the old and activate on the new. Then I get the message that "This licence key is associated with another Parallels account." I can provide screenshot (what ever logs, config, etc. you need) to show how the same licence key is registered and currently in use in the old device. Can you help me in transferring the licence to the new device?

    This is also frustrating because this way I can not exercise the support channels that are covered by the purchase of the license. Although on the old device it is clearly has the same account and the license is being respected. I'm confused and don't know how to resolve the problem. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

    Hi, I have changed my Mac and want to use my license on my new computer, I get a message that licence is used on device. how can I process please?

    I also have the same problem. I reset the system on my old Mac, but now I can't activate the license on the new Mac. I need help. I can provide the purchase records.

    Since I replaced my old Mac, the original one has reset its system and forgotten to cancel the activation. Now, I have installed PD on the new Mac, but it prompts that activation is impossible and has exceeded the maximum activation limit. I need help. Thank you!
