I am getting an error in the Windows configuration after making some changes. I now want to revert to the previous setup. However, I have an error message "To be able to change the settings on this page, resume the virtual machine and then shut it down. How do I do that? Thank you.
Hello @LarryH18 , Indeed, it is required to properly shut down the Windows virtual machine in order to access some settings in the configuration panel. To do so, you may perform any one of the below options: - From within the virtual machine, click on the Windows icon from the taskbar > click on the power icon > click on Shut Down - Click on the Windows application icon from the mac's dock to place it in focus > click on Actions from the top menu bar > click on Shut Down - Right-click on the Windows application icon from the mac's dock > Actions > click on Shut Down You may then right-click on the Parallels Desktop icon from the dock > click on Control Center > click on the Windows virtual machine's cogwheel icon to access its configuration menu, and perform your changes.
