Hello: i am the manager for several parallels subscriptions. One license is used on my Mac, and we have three other users. One of our users is not able to activate parallels on their computer and I'm looking for some assistance. I don't know which license belongs to which users, so I need help releasing the unused one so that it doesn't impact the other users.

I have received a license renewal from my account manager, but Parallels is not allowing me to activate the license.
