Parallels Desktop and M3 Ultra chips

Parallels Version: Desktop 18 for Mac Standard Edition Ver. 18.3.3
Mac: MacBook Air 13" with Apple M3 OS. Sequoia 15.4.1
Problem: When Windows 11 runs in full-screen mode, everything is fine - in Coherence mode, display issues occur. This manifests itself in the fact that overlay menus, for example, in the Explorer window, open behind the Explorer window when right-clicking (copy, rename, etc.) or are overlaid by it. This makes it impossible to operate the system in the true sense of the word. Does anyone know a solution? As mentioned, everything works in full-screen mode.

 

I have an M3 Ultra with 256GB of RAM. I have noticed intermittent lag in my Windows 11 ARM VMs. I have tried more RAM etc. But it will intermittently act like it has resource contention. I did not see this issue with the same VM on an M2 Ultra.
