    I reinstalled the OS on my Mac Air (M2) and I'm trying to reinstall my Parallels subscription on it but it keeps telling me : This license key is already registered in a different account.

    Same problem here. I changed my Mac to a newer version. I need to move the subscription to my new machine.

    Why is it SO difficult to actually SPEAK to a human here? We had a staff member retire and need to upgrade a license. How do I transfer that license to me?
    Frustrated since I've opened tickets with Parallels AND Cleverbridge.

    I have a similar problem, but I want to free some licenses, not all of them, as in the invoice, I bought 5 licenses per invoice. Is this possible?

    Hello,
    I purchased a permanent license for Parallels Desktop and only have one license key.
    When I try to activate it on my new Mac, I receive this message:
    "This is an upgrade key. Please confirm it with a key from a previous version."
    However, I have never owned a previous version of Parallels. This is the only key I have ever purchased.
    Previously, I used Parallels on a Mac with an M1 chip. I recently sold that computer and purchased a new Mac with an M4 chip. Now I want to install and activate Parallels Desktop on this new device.
    Please help me resolve this issue and activate my permanent license on the new Mac.
