    Hello,



    I would like to request a reset of my Parallels Desktop license key. I no longer have access to the Mac where the license was previously activated, and I need to activate it on a new device.



    Here are my details:


    • License key: ****-HPCBQT

    • Email used for purchase: [email protected]

    • Product version: Parallels Desktop (Standard Edition)

    • Reason: Old Mac is no longer accessible (damaged)




    Please reset or release the license key so I can activate it on my new Mac.
