Hi all, I'm using Windows 11 with Parallels, and want to quickly access Windows voice typing. Unfortunately Windows+H (remapped to Command+H in Parallels) hides the window. Very annoying. I tried going through Parallels preferences and deleting any Command+H shortcuts - no luck. How do I (a) Remove the Command+H shortcut altogether (I never use "hide window" anyway) (b) Simulate a Windows+H keypress. Thank you!
So, after receiving a convoluted workaround from Support, I actually found the solution by myself: Since command+H in macOS is always mapped to "Minimize", the way to get Win+H working is simply to add a "fn" to the mix and press fn+command+H Similarly, there's a quick Copilot chat feature that can be activated by pressing Win+C, but since command+C is already mapped to the "Copy" command, this can be achieved by pressing fn+command+C
@IanP7 any luck on this? It's been 2 years since your post!! I'm having the same issue, and voice typing glitches out and reboots after I quit it so I need to keep the control panel open all the time.
