Hi Parallels Support Team, I'm very disappointed by the way we need to contact you once an account is no longer working. My license got renewed (i.e. paid) few days ago, and yet I'm receiving a mail "Nobody likes goodbyes - your subscription has expired"! Please contact me rapidly to solve this issue. I was able to contact the Parallels support. This situation is resolved. There was two things: I mixed two email addresses which led me to think the account was really terminated, but also the mail I received was apparently a mistake and I shouldn't have got it according to the feedback I obtained.
