Hi, I didn't see any option to transfer/activate my Parallels 17 license to a new machine. I don't know my defined email account. When I enter the key instead of email in the password renewal section, I can't see which email it was sent to. What should I do? Invoice number: AKD-73696148512

I removed the application from my old Mac. When I enter the license on my new Mac device, I cannot register. I get the errors in the photo. I do not have a different account. I had activated without an account.
