Reporting (on v20.2.0 (build 25889), reports have no session data

I have confirmed that my Reporting has been installed correctly, and it all tests ok - reports all there, if I try and run Session Activity for all users or any session based report, the report runs but with no data. Running on SQL Express 2022, latest Sql reporting and configured as per Single Server Installation and Configuration of Parallels RAS Reporting Service with SQL Server 2022 and Microsoft SSRS 2022 (Exactly). Tests ok - just no data. Any ideas?

 

I have logged a ticket - and logs have been uploaded - just thought I would see if this is just me - or something else

Yes, but only by uninstalling
Reporting (on v20.2.0 (build 25889
and re-installing https://download.parallels.com/ras/v19/19.4.2.25105/RASReporting-19.4.25105.msi as recommended by Parallels Support. Then things worked like a charm

 

Still having issues for me. I'll log my own support ticket at some point.
