Parallels tried to charge (renew) my credit card several time (for Parallels , was sucessful once, but my account says "Active subscriptions 0". How do I get this resolved? Not finding where submit a support ticket, or chat opportunity, or a phone number to call. Help please.
There are 2 things here: (1) I got a hold of Parallel tech support (https://www.parallels.com/support/) to stop the multiple retrys to charge the credit card. (2) I received an activation license number which I entered into Parallels Toolbox, click on toolbox icon, upper right corner "gear", pull down menu appears, "Account & License", then activated with the new license number.
