Reposted here since the other post here mentions the Beta version and it's affecting the regular version of MacOS 15.4. It was working great before the update. Now Steam on my Mac will pick the controller up and show which buttons are being pressed, but Steam on Windows doesn't register any button presses. I've restarted the VM a lot trying different things and one time the D-Pad worked but not the buttons, so does Parallels need to patch this to work with 15.4?
Through Steam on Windows I can make the controller rumble, but it's having trouble picking up any of the buttons.
This is not just a Playstation controller issue. The issue is with all existing controller so it would be good to change the title for something more global/general.
I am having the same issue as SamuelC10. I have had this issue in the past - I believe it happened after an update and was resolved with patch from parallels but am not 100% sure. I would like to add that I have done all the following but the issue persists: updated all the drivers, installed all Windows updates, downloaded the most recent frameworks, and the "Configuration > Hardware > USB & Bluetooth > Share Bluetooth devices with Windows" setting is enabled. Also, when I tried testing the controller on Windows device manager/game controllers (see the image attached) no input from the controller was recognized/received. All this was done with a Xbox One Controller.
It's nice to see I'm not the only one. I'm using an Xbox wireless controller and experiencing this issue. I have Parallels 19 installed on a Mac Mini M2 and Parallels 20 on Mac Studio M1 Max. Need this fixed
I have the same issue here. Installed Parallels20 for Mac mini m4. Windows can recognize virtual controllers, But none of the buttons working.

You can easily reproduce this issue just by updating your Macs to the latest version. Why aren't you doing this simple thing? You should have been the first to notice that controller functionality broke. You knew this from the Beta 1. People are complaining since 2 months about their controllers not working.
I just updated to 15.4.1 and the issue persists. Are you any closer to finding the cause? Gaming must be one of the main use cases for Parallels, so this should be a priority.
