New Mac Computer- License key not in account

    I am attempting to transfer license to a new Mac machine. I do not have the former machine. I have installed Parallels. I'm logged in using my email address and password. When I follow the link to access my account and license key I get a page with a prompt for my license key. There is no list of purchases of license keys. Please assist.
