    Hi, I was charged last week for the next 1 year of parallels even though I don't need it anymore and thought I had cancelled my subscription. I no longer need it and have since gotten a different laptop. Could I get a refund for this year's charge?

    Hello,

    Around this time last year, I purchased a one-year Parallels subscription. However, I stopped using Parallels in the past few months and expected the subscription to expire after one year. Today, I noticed that I was automatically charged for another year.

    Since I no longer use the product, could I cancel my subscription and receive a refund?

    Hello, I was charged for the Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year) on march 27th. I no longer need to use the software, I tried to request a refund but the system kept me in a loop with a chatbot. Can I please request a refund here?

    Hello, I was charged for the Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard (1 Year) on the 9th of April. I no longer need to use the software, I thought that the subscription was cancelled, but yesterday I was charged. I've tried to request a refund with a chatbot, but it didn't help me and nobody has answered. Can I please request a refund here?

    I stopped using parallels half of the year ago and yestarday parallels auto-renewed the subscription without any notice about that in advance. Due to this is a dark pattern for subscriptions renewal approach I kindly ask you to make a refund of this re-newal. Reference #496705196. Thanks!

    I bought the wrong product and I have been trying to get a refund for some time. I am stuck with that chatbot. After I have submitted everything, it said someone would contact me about the refund, but I haven't heard anything so far.

    Hi I haven't used Parallels in a while and do not even own a mac anymore. Didn't realize the autorenew never cancelled, and was just charged! Can I get a refund please. I think its crazy that you guys do not have a warning email stating that your subscription is about to renew. I think that is poor practice and should be updated. Many people have policys with auto renew to get retro refund of days not used, not only do you not have that but you also do not have a warning email notifying an upcoming charge, which almost every other auto renew places do! This needs to be changed!

    I was recently charged a renewal for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year), I purchased this years ago and thought that it was (1 Year) I had no idea it was charging me without any warning this entire time until now. I know this is a great tool for people but it took too much space on my apple operating system and had no use for it. I kindly ask if you would be nice enough to issue me a refund for my recent charge and cancel this so I am not charged in the future. I have not yet been responded to while I have tried to be respectful about this, but I am not not happy with this service or response per my request. Please put attention on this.
