I was recently charged a renewal for Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year), I purchased this years ago and thought that it was (1 Year) I had no idea it was charging me without any warning this entire time until now. I know this is a great tool for people but it took too much space on my apple operating system and had no use for it. I kindly ask if you would be nice enough to issue me a refund for my recent charge and cancel this so I am not charged in the future.
