I need a refund for the parallels product I just purchased because it resulted in me losing my job.: I was excited after I downloaded the parallels product via paying $50 a few days ago in order to have it ready for an extremely important "technology check" meeting with my supervisor this morning that required me to have a working internet and windows 11 - very basic requirements for me to perform my job in a satisfactory manner. The goal of this meeting was to run a technology check via making sure the internet speed was sufficient and worked on windows 11 and the webinar / Microsoft Teams conference calls worked as well. Hence, this is the reason I downloaded parallels for mac in the first place. Nothing worked today and I lost my job because of the decision I made to purchase parallels for mac. I logged into the Microsoft teams meeting this morning and the parallels / windows 11 platform proceeded to freeze up for 15 to 20 minutes and would not even let me restart parallels - it flat out did not work! I finally logged into the meeting on my mac os platform but it was too late. I received an email from my supervisor saying that "due to the fact that I failed the technology check, they would not allow me to keep my job as a remote customer service agent and are now pursuing other candidates for this role." So your product resulted in me losing my job and now it is endangering my general livelihood because I will probably run out of money before I am able to find a new job.
REQUEST: Please refund the $50 to my bank account right now so that I can at least get a refund for the software that resulted in me losing my job. This is the least you can do.
