Hello, I want to give a code of Parallels Toolbox for Windows to my family member. Code came from HB bundle. Unfortunately, my family member cannot activate key and there is no way to contact Parallels support privately: only options shown as 1. Facebook Messenger (Message Support for assistance); 2. Twitter (Message Support for assistance); 3. Community Support (Reach out to the Parallels Community forums.) How to contact Parallels Supprot directly? Is there an email? I cannot find Parallels Support email. I would like them to investigate what's the problem with code that cannot be activated for Paralles Toolbox.
