Good Afternoon, I have just received a bank notification that a payment was authorised for parallels, I bought this product a year ago, and whilst it had suited my needs and is indeed an awesome product, i wasn't aware that it auto renewed, and I don't have the funds currently to afford that payment being taken out of my bank as I'm a student and funds are tight, I'm sure you can appreciate the circumstances, would it be possible to refund this as I am not actively looking to use this software. I find that Parallels have awesome products, but I absolutely don't agree with the fact that you highjack via Cleverbridge the finances of your customers with absolutely no means to stop or turn off auto subscription. As said previously, this is an extremely poor business practice, and how would you think that your current clients are going to stay loyal to your products, if they feel enslaved? I will be forced to inform my bank and take any other formal judicial action if there is no change to my subscription auto renewal.
