The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server.

Hello ,
my old MacOS damaged ,, and I download new macOS ,,,
I try to active parallels desktop ;
1-I entered my key and its accepted but its say ""
You have entered an upgrade key.
Please confirm it with a key from the previous version.
2- and aslo I enter it and accepted ..
3-and then when I press activate ,, new message come ""
The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server.
Please make sure you have entered the key correctly. Your activation keys are stored in your Parallels account. If you don't want to bother yourself with numerous activation keys and upgrade procedures in future, we recommend that you purchase a subscription to Parallels Desktop.

I like to use my version and I don't like to buy or upgrade !!
I don't know why all complexities !!! I just want to work !!!

I still have the same problem but now the previous message
"The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server."
is no longer showing and another message is showing :
