I'm using Visual Studio on WinXP under Parallels to develop my app. However, I notice that when I run the app, I get the generic white icon showing up on the OSX dock, rather than the actual application icon. The icon shows up properly in WinXP's explorer, however, at the various supported sizes. What size/format icon is Parallels expecting from applications? I'm guessing I'm missing the needed size/format icon in my .ico resource.
