Hello, Around this time last year, I purchased a one-year Parallels subscription. However, I stopped using Parallels in the past few months and expected the subscription to expire after one year. Today, I noticed that I was automatically charged for another year. Since I no longer use the product, could I cancel my subscription and receive a refund? Thank you in advance for your help. I am in the same position however, I started the trial and cancelled my subscription prior to March 5th (yesterday). I found that my subscription was renewed and charged to my bank account. I'd like to request a refund. Please let me know if you need any details
